職位描述 PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·To Identify the basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products upon CRM & PB’s referral in Branches

·To maintain and manage good relationship with customers and ensure customers have a consistent, superior Citibanking experience through deliveringHighest level of service

·To be ableTo package products into wealth management plan

·Provide good after-sales serviceTo customers

·To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS)

·High Integrity

·Candidate should exihibit good communication, excellent sales skills, have excellent service and working attitude andHighly self-driven.

·Sound knowledge of insurance laws and insurance products

·Good Knowledge of financial market and financial products

·Work experience: with minimum 1 years’ sales experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other lines

·熟悉國內保險法規、產品

·了解金融知識和經濟運作

·具有1年以上壽險公司銀行保險或團險銷售或其他金融領域銷售的工作經驗尤佳

財務安全規劃師隸屬于花旗銀行總行的銀行保險部，主要工作職責是負責各支行現有客戶的財務安全，退休養老以及子女教育的需求分析和資產的整體配置建議與銷售，在保險理賠，高端客戶營銷，財富家族管理方面等方面為客戶提供專業的建議和服務；同時協助組織支行的培訓，市場活動等,凡具備保險公司保險代理人銷售經驗或者保險公司銀保渠道負責人及培訓工作經驗的將優先考慮。
