概況

國家開發銀行成立于1994年，是中國政府的開發性金融機構，致力于以中長期投融資服務國家戰略。國開行有“兩基一支”（基礎設施、基礎產業、支柱產業）、民生金融、國際合作、綜合經營四大特色業務板塊，是中國中長期投融資和新型城鎮化的骨干銀行、最大的對外投融資合作銀行，以及全球最大的開發性金融機構。國開行目前在中國內地設有37家一級分行和3家二級分行，境外設有香港分行和開羅、莫斯科、里約熱內盧、加拉加斯、倫敦等5家代表處。截至2015年6月底，國開行資產規模達10.6萬億元，不良貸款率連續41個季度低于1%，保持優良的市場業績。

基礎設施融資的骨干銀行

國開行是我國“兩基一支”建設的主力銀行，支持了三峽工程、南水北調、西氣東輸、國家石油儲備、京九鐵路、京滬高鐵、首鋼搬遷、北京奧運場館、上海世博會基礎設施等一大批國家重大項目建設。1998年以來，國開行將業務領域拓展到城市基礎設施，不斷從大城市向中小城市、縣域延伸，助力中國城市化發展。

推動民生金融創新的銀行

國開行致力于推動普惠金融，探索以批發的方法解決千家萬戶的融資難題，加大對棚戶區改造、“三農”、教育、小微企業以及扶貧開發等社會薄弱環節和民生領域的支持力度，使金融成果更好地惠及普通民眾。2014年，國開行成立住宅金融事業部，全年發放棚改貸款4086億元，占銀行業九成份額，全年發放助學貸款147億元，累計支持學生1200萬人次，連續九年獲人民網“人民社會責任獎”。

最大的對外投融資合作銀行

國開行以市場化手段開展國際合作業務，積極參與“一帶一路”戰略規劃，為實現我國與合作國多方共贏發揮了重要作用。倡導設立上海合作組織銀聯體，牽頭組建中國-東盟銀聯體，推動加強金磚國家銀行合作機制，為中國與世界搭建起金融交流的重要紐帶和橋梁。截至2014年底，國際業務貸款3198億美元，外匯貸款余額占全國金融機構外匯貸款余額29%，繼續保持中國最大的對外投融資銀行地位。

服務功能豐富的全牌照銀行

國開行及旗下子公司具有投資、貸款、發債、租賃和證券等金融服務牌照。近年來，國開行發揮“投貸債租證”優勢，深化綜合金融服務，打造綜合經營品牌，為客戶提供多品種、全方位、一站式金融服務。

Astheleadingbankforinfrastructureandbasic/pillarindustriesfinancing,CDBhasfinancedahostofmajornationalprojects,includingtheThreeGorgesDam,thecross-countrywaterdiversionandnaturalgasdistributionprojects,nationaloilstoragefacilities,theBeijing-Kowloonrailway,theBeijing-Shanghaihigh-speedrailway,relocationofShougangsteelplant,theBeijingOlympicGamesvenuesandinfrastructuresforShanghaiExpo.

Since1998,CDBhasbroadeneditscoveragetoincludemunicipalinfrastructurebeyondthedevelopedmetropolitanareas,supportingurbanizationinsmallercitiesandtownsacrossChina.

AChampionofFinancialInclusion

Committedtofinancialinclusion,CDBhasexploredsolutionstofinancingdifficultiesofindividualsandhouseholdsthroughwholesalebanking.CDBisdeepeningitscommitmenttopublicwelfarethroughincreasedinvestmentsinurbanrenewalofrundowndistricts,agriculturaldevelopmentandruralinfrastructure,education,SMElending,andpovertyalleviation.

In2014,CDBestablishedadedicatedhousingfinancebusinessdivision,issuingRMB408.6billioninurbanrenewalloansandendingtheyearwitha90%marketshare.StudentloanofRMB14.7billionwasdisbursedtosupport12millionstudentsintheyearof2014.CDB'ssupportforsocialinitiativeshasearnedthebankthePeople'sDailyOnlinePeople'sSocialResponsibilityAwardeveryyearfornineyearsrunning.

CDB'smarket-drivenapproachtointernationalbusinesshasplayedanimportantroleinpromotingmutuallybeneficialcooperationbetweenChinaanditspartnercountries.CDBisanactiveparticipantinthestrategicplanningofChina’sregionalintegrationinitiativessuchastheSilkRoadEconomicBeltandthe21stCenturyMaritimeSilkRoad,andisaleadingadvocatefortheestablishmentandgrowthoftheShanghaiCooperationOrganizationInter-bankAssociation,theChina-ASEANInter-bankAssociation,andtheBRICSInter-bankCooperationMechanism.ThesecooperativeplatformsplayanimportantroleinbridgingChinaandtheworldatlargethrougheffectivefinancialexchange.

Asoftheendof2014,withUS$319.8billionoutstandingininternationalloansaccountingfor29%ofallforeigncurrencyloansissuedbyChineselenders,CDBcontinuestobeChina'sleadingcross-borderfinancier.
